I went into work in a Sunday with no intentions of greatness… just a lazy day at work on the weekend, or so I thought.

My esteemed colleague Jason Prairie found a video on YouTube of a hillarious office prank — someone got the idea that it would be funny to fill their bosses’ office with balloons while he was on vacation… well, we realized that our boss Tom Benson was also on vacation and would return the next day. The rest is history.

Being that we are all TV production workers and constantly deal with breaking news situations, we felt that it was obvious we had to produce a mock news cut-in dealing with the situation… enjoy!

It dawned upon me when talking with my colleague Jason Prairie that there are many who have not seen much if any of the old Monty Python episodes. Consider this your lesson in comedy for the day…

Now that Brett’s retired, I vote that we dig up Don Majowski to bring back some “Majik” to the Packers!

Please tell me I’m not the only one to remember the Majik Man!

I am in mourning today as my childhood hero has decided to hang it up for good. I knew this day would come… but at the same time I just hoped it never would actually happen.

I’m trying to stay on the positive side — I’ve followed his career and have experienced much joy watching the best to ever play the game… and for that I just have to say “Thanks for the memories, Brett!”.

I think most of you will enjoy this being “in the know”. Sheer brilliance. I feel like I should get some sort of “Official Rakibird Seal of Approval” so I can stamp it on things like this…
